ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY CANCELED

The annual Delmarva Christmas party has been canceled. The ballroom reservation at the Poxville Quality Inn will be used for an additional monthly supervisor's meeting. Attendance is mandatory.

In a related announcement, the Delmarva Group, Inc. offers its best wishes for the holiday season, December 25, 4:30 p.m.-December 26, 8:30 a.m., and December 31, 4:30 p.m.-January 1, 8:30 a.m.

THIS WEEK'S SMOKING POLICY

To help transition our smoking employees, all seven of our in-plant Smoking Lounges are closed. Smoking is now permitted only on the northeast corner of the roof, Building 9.

OFFICE IS MOVING!

The Plant Grievance Office, located in room 5B-6, is being moved to room 6-5B. Room 6-5B is being renovated and access is limited. For the next three weeks, please call extension 709 with all grievances.

CONTEST WINNER:

Corporate congratulations to Shannon O'Herlihy, associate comptroller, international liabilities group, who was recently judged the third-place winner in the Mr. Sissy Personal Products Calendar Boy search, a world-wide contest to find men who best exemplify the Mr. Sissy philosophy. Mr. Sissy offers a line of skin and beauty care items and is part of Delmarva's Guatemala division.

HARASSMENT NEWS:

Clyde W. Foingolio, apprentice sorting clerk, section 12, filed charges against his supervisor, Lurlene Mump, alleging sexual harassment, including suggestive language, risque demands, and undue fondling. Ms. Mump has not denied the charges.
