The recent fiscal quarter was, on the whole, profitable for Delmarva. With improved downsizing policies and trimming of wasteful benefits programs, earnings were maximized. It has been brought to my attention, however, that a "morale problem" still exists among the remaining staff. I would have thought that those fortunate enough to retain their positions would be more grateful. Dereliction will not be tolerated. It is the duty of all current staff to demonstrate greater devotion to their responsibilities and absolute allegiance to Delmarva.
